What was the highlight of Native Hyde Park
Value doesn't match price, but everything listed was included and location is great
Staff were very responsive, friendly and helpful. Everything listed in the apartment was included and worked. Location is fantastic, area is great to walk around and easy access to transportation.
Cost to value does not match up, especially compared to the apartment we had in Paris that cost less. Place is 10-20 years overdue for a makeover, everything feels old, rundown and any work done appears to be done to repair and not enhance. The loft in my two bedroom is a terrible design, even in 60 degree weather it was very hot (even with a fan) and there is no airflow making it difficult to sleep. The only window in that room is huge and there was no way to improve the situation unless they added an AC unit. To expand on updates, the hallway/carpet/furniture (inside apartment and in hallways) reminds me of a low rent motel. Small example, the TV was tiny and at least 10+ years old. When big, nice and chromecast TV's cost less than 100 it shows the investment. Also concerned with security. There is no deadbolt on the door, and the windows we had faced roof tops that someone could easily jump up and push open or break into and the locks on the windows either didn't work or didn't allow you to even open it an inch.

What was the highlight of Native Hyde Park
Best location for quick access to and from Heathrow via Paddington station. Hassle free hood.
Loved the location between Paddington station and Hyde Park. Great pubs for good food and walking distance to the park and subway. Best place I've stayed in for the price. The rooms are recently refurbished with new appliances. I wish we'd stayed for a whole week. Excellent accommodation for a long stay. Plenty of space. The street is quiet at night despite traffic during the day. Beautiful situation with the Church across the small park. It felt homely with friendly & helpful staff.
The room was very warm at night so we slept with the windows open. There is no air con or fan. That was the only issue for us. Would stay there again because everything else was perfect.

Our 2nd visit here met all expectations.
Location for Hyde park, very well equipped 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette and bathroom. Very clean.
Limited TV channels (although not a deal breaker as only used as a base) and could have done with a tea towel.

Great location, friendly staff, good enough for a night or two
Staff were friendly, if a little ignorant of how the hotel actually worked. We werent told you needed to put the room key card in a special slot inside the room to activate all the electrical outlets, which caused some confusion
Not as charming as pictured, not very well cleaned. It wasn't dirty exactly, but if you looked closely enough you could see that cleaning was only done at a surface level.
